Lunches will begin on August 19, and the system will be available after the students are assigned teachers. You will be asked to update your child's information when you go into order for the first time for the new school year. Please make sure the information is correct as the St. John’s staff depends on that information to distribute the lunches. If you have registered in the past with Wholesome Food Services, your account is still there. If you’ve forgotten your password, click on “forgot password” in the upper right hand corner and the system will email you a new password. We are delighted to have you!
Ordering is so easy that many children order for themselves. The site will open up for orders when the students are assigned their teacher. To register:
1. Go to www.wholesomefoodservices.com
2. Select "Register Here" (no charge or obligation!)
3. Set up child's profile (select "add profile") – must have new teacher info to set up
4. Select "order now" to place orders. Orders may be placed by 1:00 pm the day before delivery and up to two months in advance

How do I make a change to an order?
Prior to the order deadline, use the Order History page to find your order, click on the View/Edit icon, and add or remove items as needed. The refund will go in your WFS lunch account as a credit. If you add a new item, it will be placed in your shopping cart pending payment. Select "pay now" to complete the new order.
How far in advance can I order lunches?
Deadlines vary based on school preferences. Select "Order Now" to see your Lunch Calendar on the website. The days available to order are in green. Orders may be placed up to two months in advance. Remember to check all your schedules for vacations, special events, etc. before ordering.
Can I change or cancel my order after the order deadline?
Order deadlines are selected by the school so that once the deadline hits, they can begin running the lunch reports for the teachers and staff or volunteers. Our restaurant partners begin their processes as well --printing reports, ordering food, and printing labels. Therefore, we are unable to make changes after the order deadline.
What happens when a child is absent due to illness?
We have a special process for our partners to use in these cases. Parents can cancel their child’s order due to illness or other emergencies prior to 8:00am the day of delivery.
Where do I see orders I placed? They don't all show on the home screen.
The home screen only shows 5 or 6 lunches due to space. You may go to your "Order History", enter the range of dates you want to see and search there. All paid for lunches in the date range you specified will show there.
